For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get it going. I checked the NMM, it's not the NMM, so I figuredd it has to be in the Skyrim directory itself, not the data folder.

I tried the dxd9_42.dll program in the directory, and I am wondering is there anything else I missed? Like is there a program or singularity I could have forgotten?

So I'm wondering if it's in my Skyrim directory or in my load order. I rarely have a conflict or missingmaster with my load order, but I'm about to go through it with the tedious work of knocking off each possibility and trying it then.

 

Any other help would really be helpful...

Missing masters? Can you load all mods into tes5edit?

If you can load all mods in tes5edit your not missing masters. If you can launch game without mods then you Skyrim directory would be good, try that then ouch.... Trial by elimination.

 

Your load order is not good,loot could do better than that. Usleep should be under dragonborn. I have my Fnis at bottom of load order with skeleton just above it.
