Minutemen Quest Mods

I've seen a huge influx of quest mods for every faction; Institute, Brotherhood, Railroad, etc. But not a single good Minutemen quest mod. The one faction that seriously needs their story and background expanded. I would love to see some.

Greetings, This isn't all that big, but does take some in-game time to complete and, it gets the minutemen into Nuka World. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30509 , I also use Buffed Minutemen Militia because it separates Minutemen into different categories of fighters. I realize this probably isn't what you wanted, but it's the only one I've found to really like.

There is always this mod, you might not like it since it kills off the minute in the begining. Or this one, my favorite, minute men. Hows that for a game changer lol. Seriously though beyond using a mod that gives them actual classes and varying levels (I use militarized minutemen and FOCOM), there isn't much for new minutemen content. I'm pretty they were a last minute addition to the game IMHO which is a shame since they do have allot of potential.

 

I like to use Sim Settlements with Leaders of the Commonwealth since it allows you to use Sturges and Preston Garvey as mayors (Red Rocket and the Castle is what I use naturally).

Mods such as those are more utility mods and enable you to do more things with the faction. It doesn't really add any new story, which is what I'm interested in. New characters, locations, stories, etc.

Just to clarify then, so your looking for Minutemen centric quest and new location mods? Or were you thinking of a mod that allows for changes to the game world after you get to a certain point in the story line, such as (if you were BoS) and captured Fort Strong then when you came back later Fort Strong should now be better fortified and have a bunch of BoS troops securing the area?

Personally this is an idea i'm fond of too. I wanted to do something like this with the Castle. Instead of having it full of Mirelurks in the beginning, have it full of raiders called the "Lurks" or something "fishy" related. The interior of the castle would be full of a raider settlement (which you could leave up or scrap for parts) and once you cleared the area out every so often raiders would attack it. This would occur more commonly than a typical settlement raid, and have a larger / stronger force. Perhaps after so many battles, say around 10, they would get the message and leave you alone.

 

Compared to the BOS story arc the MM story was pretty weak in FO4.
