Clean Slate (Red Rocket Truck Stop)

I'm wondering if anyone has, or is willing to create a mod that completely clears the Red Rocket Truck Stop (the one near Sanctuary) so that we can build there with a clean slate? This would include the building, furniture, posters, signs, trash, lights, ceiling grime....everything that is basically part of the default location (the building itself has two main components, the walls and the roof, but there's a lot of little stuff attached throughout). I've looked already for similar mods, but none exist except for those that are modded settlements that someone else has created or that affect multiple settlement locations. The one I'm creating there is far better. I've also attempted to clear the site myself using STC and STS mods, but I'm not able to scrap everything (notably the signs, some of the trash, ceiling grime, etc.). I am able to scrap brush, trees, leaves, and so forth, so the mod would only need to focus on the building itself and everything attached to it.

The reason I'm asking for this is because while the Red Rocket Truck Stop is iconic, I'm tired of needing to mod it to get it in a more presentable state, not to mention that the building itself limits my settlement building in some ways. I was formerly running three separate mods for cleaning it up, adding shuttered windows, and repairing it. One of these mods which cleared areas of the cell not covered by STC/STS is no longer supported (the author is no longer updating it), so I had to remove it, which caused some behavioral issues at that settlement that necessitated me to remove ALL my Red Rocket mods. I realize this may require cell editing, but I have nothing there that will be affected by a cell reset.

This would be for XBox One. If there is a mod that already does this and I somehow missed, please let me know what it's called.

In advance, thank you for your time and consideration.

The mods here on nexus are for PC. Your better off searching bethnet since those are where all the console mods are stored, any help here is going to be very PC-orientated.

The majority of mods on console are ported over from PC, most of which originated here from Nexus. It's my understanding that they typically start here, then get ported over by the author. Is that incorrect?

Done. https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4078977

I also fixed the nav meshes that were broken by deleting the buildings, and the irrelevant light maps were removed.

Looks awesome! I'll look for it tomorrow to download and let you know how it goes.

Thank you very much for doing this. Hopefully I'm not the only one who will make use of this.

Mod works great! But for me, it's reintroduced some issues that I alluded to earlier. I suspect it's an issue with other mods I had for Red Rocket that I've since removed, but somehow some objects (trash, signs, ceiling grime, etc.) in the cell are persisting. If you're curious and have an Xbox account, I've uploaded screenshots of the stuff I still can't scrap to my activity feed. My gamertag is the same as my forum username: Mournblood. It's also causing some wonkiness with Workshop mode (it appears to be creating a Workshop mode area within the main settlement area, so when I stray too far from the where the building was, I'm out of range and it exits the mode unless I either move further away into the settlement or come closer to the building). Regardless, at this point this is a technical issue, so I'll make a separate post about it in the appropriate sub-forum.

Thanks again for your help, Phanom! Despite the problems I'm having, I'm still going to keep and use your mod.
