Disable plugins when switching games issue

In my case, this is an ongoing issue. When switching games, the plugins get disabled. Is this something that we should expect or a bug ? Please advise.

I also have this problem when I exit and then restart Vortex at a later time or date.

You should probably indicate what version of Vortex you are getting this on.

If it is 16.3, certainly report it as a bug from within Vortex, on the feedback tab.
