CTD at Red Eagle Redoubt

I'm 90% sure this is caused by a mod, and I can't for the life of me figure out which one is the culprit. I've been disabling and enabling all of them like crazy. It happens in the exact same spot every time, so it's not some random thing. In the outdoor section of Red Eagle Redoubt, the upper camp area. As soon as I get to the top of that wide staircase from the cave exit, immediate crash. I was even there semi-recently for the Briarheart quest in Dragonborn and had no issues, but none of the recent mods I've downloaded since then seem to be the cause, as far as I can tell. Edit: I don't know if anyone can still help, but I've recently found that it's actually affecting a wider area of the Reach. Every time I get near Karthwasten, I get a CTD as well, so it seems like the general area north of Karthspire. I haven't had any problems at any other locations in the game. Still can't figure out the problem, I don't have any mods that should affect that area, and even so I've been deleting/deactivating pretty much all of them with no success.
