Favorite iPhone 2.0 games?

Well, it doesn't matter which game I liked anymore because all the applications stopped working (again).

EDIT (9/8/2008): Hmmm...I did not re-sync or do anything but my applications started working again by themselves and all my music showed up again. I am really hating this obvious "kill switch" that Apple has on their iPhone.

EDIT (10/02/2008): Since the release of the 2.1 firmware, my applications seem to be working fine now which is currently the record for the longest amount of time running my iPhone without major problems with the 3rd-party apps.

My dad bought an Iphone and bought some rolling ball game, Iball or something.

anyway you use the Iphones tilt sensor to navigate the maze with a little ball.

That poor uninformed guy. ;) There are at least two free games that do the same thing: MarbleMash and Labyrinth LE

Have fun with it.

I recently got another fun freebie called CannonGame which is a simple artillery game.

Blue Skies Lite is a fun shooter too.

Ok, I have a new favorite. It is Air Hockey (FREE + Ads)

You can play in single-player mode and if somebody walks up, they can grab the other handle from the CPU and instantly become 2-player.

If you have wi-fi turned on with another iPhone user in the area, you can hook up and play each other on your own phones.

It would be awesome if more games worked this way!

Broke my Iphone last week. They are garbage. Sony Ericsson ftw :P
I had issues with my iPhone 3G until the 2.1 firmware but I wouldn't call it garbage. Quite fun with the right apps.

Ok, my new favorites are TapDefense and 7CitiesTDLite.

If there was ever a try-before-you-buy model that really entices me to by the full version, 7CitiesTDLite does an exceptional job.

Like the shareware games of old, you can try out a level to get a taste of what to expect but the twist here is that you can adjust where the "skill" points are assigned. In the free version, you have 5 total points to spend on 5 different towers. You can get one of each tower but without the possibility of any "upgrades" which would make them very powerful as they gained experience. Or you can spend them all on one tower to have access to all its upgrades to see what it is like in-game. It really made me want to buy the full game so I could unlock them and have access to all their abilities. Very interesting.

EDIT: Looks like the latest version of 7CitiesTDLite "fixed" the skills so you could only access two towers types instead of them all. So much for the "twist" that was so cool. ;)
