Crash on Certain RaceMenu Options

So, i've just reinstalled Skyrim from scratch, purging all my previous Mods aswell, and remodded literally everything rom Scratch, this time using MO2 instead of NMM and when running the game via SKSE . everything runs fine, up until the point when i reach Character creation. Everything works fine and dandy, except when i try and manipulate certain sliders. "Elf Ears" and "Eye Size" for example, via RaceMenu. I'm certainly not the most knowledgable when it comed to modding and i am at a loss for solutions.

You might know already the latest version requires SKSE64 2.0.10 which is compatible with runtime 1.5.53. I have heard some are having issues currently using the mouse. Highlight the bit you want to change and use your keyboard arrow keys, worth a try.
