  1. Yes SE is far more stable for mods. Using LE you need to apply mod science like 4 gig patches, safety load etc. Not needed in SE I agree. Nice post assuming LE the new buzz word for Oldrim I take it..
  2. A common issue with NMM, sometimes depends on the file size or current download speed delivery from Nexus, or it not recognising some modern formats etc. NMM I have used for years, but it is no longer supported. Vortex is now stable I use it all the time. Try a manual download, extract the files into your Data folder and activate through NMM, Remember to run FNIS as Selene has a lot of animations...good luck.. Edit: I did a Skyrim SE Convert Selene Kate | Animations | Nifs | ESP video on my YouTube channel and another video for converting Arissa The Wandering Rogue. But Selene has been done in SE, and its good, recommended, just some useless info..smiles cheers Jim McCambridge
  3. You might know already the latest version requires SKSE64 2.0.10 which is compatible with runtime 1.5.53. I have heard some are having issues currently using the mouse. Highlight the bit you want to change and use your keyboard arrow keys, worth a try.
  4. I understand your issue. UNP works better for that, technically HDT is not in SE yet, but CPB acts like it.. UNP is the one to try, works for me. See this mod and the discussions in the posts sections. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9703
  5. Fallout New Vegas essential performance improvements with Mods. I don't normally like calling anything a fix as everyone has different systems and issues, but this was a fix for me and many others. References to Gophers New Vegas modding series. I had problems with Windows 10, the stuff I share here, sorted all that for me, not guaranteed for everyone, as we all have different systems, but the mods described here should help. This is not a step by step teaching video, but an overview of how you can make Fallout New Vegas smooth again. I just wanted to share a little.. Well its here:
  6. hopefully my video could help with Win 10, its an overview on how to improve performance with references to Gopher, I hope it helps.
  7. If everything else is fine your load order is fine, and you cant find an answer, It a corrupted save in my book, but this game demands the game specs to be covered at least.
  8. Great post, thanks but as long as Lydia does not keep saying I have to wash myself to get rid of this stench..I will be happy..
  9. On Steam I set properties to only update when I launch, as we have to launch from SKSE - the game will never update. The updates are just new creation club mods, not significant. When the other mods are updated accordingly to the latest version - I launch from the standard launch to update the EXE, and then update SKSE and other mods. I always keep a wee backup of SkyrimSE exe before I let the game update. This issue will go on for ever, anyway, that's my 2 cents way of dealing with it..

  11. Lovely post thanks. I agree, and donating to these Modders hard efforts is something I have neglected, even a few bob would encourage these geniuses..

  13. I think the warning on the devs download page i.e. if you have a stable game on another MM, stick with it. I use Vortex on a new game only, and have had no issues especially with the updated release. Perhaps that should be a mandatory rather than a suggestion, save a lot of time and heartache..
  14. As Vortex does not overwrite like NMM the word "conflict" should ideally be "priority" load after wins the conflict..
  15. I saw comments that the MO2 transfer might have issues. I find if I launch NMM and look in the plugins tab I can see what mods have been inadvertently disabled. If MO2 was working fine for you the devs dont ideally recommend moving mid game at the moment. Although, I could be wrong..
  16. He could convert the LE animations, see my Selene Kate conversion video on YouTube. This is my first post under this profile, deleted my old one to match the name to my YouTube channel..smiles
