You could make a global variable and an Object that sets it to 1 if the Player gets a certain distance to it. Put that object by the Marker and that should give you the desired effect without OBSE. I actually just made a code that activates a quest stage right by a mapmarker, if you'd like I could post it here so you could edit it. Edited by scarycave
