mymouse completely whigs out.

i post this just to put my experience on the interwebs of Logitechs customer service.

 

got a hold of them very easily through email. they responded fairly quickly (was like next day) with helpful information. the info actually fixed my problem, but i told them of a few other issues i was having with the mouse and they said just to be safe they would send me a new mouse because i was still under warranty. gave them my info. this took i think 3 days total. i spoke to two different people (second person said first person went on vaca) either way, it was fast enough for me because it wasnt an extremely urgent issue (esp cause they fixed the whole whigging out problem) as i said, they sent me a new one free of charge, plus i still have the old one. the shipping did take i think roughly a week. i just got it today. but ya. overall id say i had a good experience. my issue was solved and beyond that. and all fairly quickly and definitely painless.
