load order is the same when i run fnv5edit it doesnt give me and error im lost

Could it be because you have .esm mixed with .esp.?

 

All .esm files must load before any .esp.

LOOT will sort any file with the "ESM" flag in the file header record ("fake ESM" or "fake master") with any other "true" ESM files regardless of the actual extension by "date/time stamp" if there are no dependency requirements overriding. This doesn't cause a problem, except that xEdit (FNVEdit) always sorts by file extension: ESM files first and "fake master" ESP files after them. So if you want the "load order" to match between LOOT and xEdit, try moving the ESP "fake master" files below the true ESMs and test again with LOOT sorting.

 

* The "SexOut" series requires you have the "NVSE Extender (NX)" (which is different than "New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE)". This doesn't appear in the "load order", so check you have it installed in the "NVSE\Plugins" subfolder. Please see the 'Checklist Item #4' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" article regarding enabling NVSE error logging.

* Please see the 'Common Game Problems' section, of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

If the problem persists, then see either the 'Solutions to Starting the game problems' or the 'Solutions to "Crash To Desktop" (CTD) problems' sections in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

* Anytime the game "Crashes to the Desktop" (CTD) it's typically going to generate an error message in the Windows Eventlog. Please see the "Windows Error Messages" section of the wiki "How to read most Bethesda game error logs" article.

 

* You really need to use a "Merge Patch File" with that collection of mods. Please see the 'Third Rule: The Rule of One' and 'Merge Patch File' sections of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article.

* Ignore those messages about cleaning the vanilla DLC ESM files. That is not recommended for FNV as it will break the game.
