Skyrim Trees to Fallout 4

Now here's something I don't like to do but:

Could somebody take a look at how to convert these trees made for Skyrim into Fallout 4

Though being old they look astonishingly good in FO4 (The brown jungle trees)

By the way I ran SSE Nif Optimizer but to no avail. Afterwards they just looked messed up even in the Creation Kit.
