Superjoint89
Hi community! I was looking over some different texture mods, and I only liked some of the textures included. Is it possible to pick out the ones you like and remove the ones that you don't like? I install my mods via the mod manager... can I do it through that? Thanks in advance :-)
Deleted49413338User
No but you could possibly do it with your file browser alone, depending on how the mod is set up, whether its a texture replacer or not.. but its too complicated to explain if you don't have some knowledge of how mods work. M48A5
Hi community! I was looking over some different texture mods, and I only liked some of the textures included. Thanks in advance :-)If you install through a mod manager that will correctly install texture mods, you might be able to choose what you want to install if you are overwriting a previous installed texture mod. Otherwise, no, you will not be able to choose what is installed. Usually when you use a mod manager to install a mod it is an all or nothing proposition. You would have to install the entire mod and then remove what you don't want. This may work completely fine. However, if you expand the mod file and then manually install only the textures you want, you can choose what is installed.
thek8ikat
Which mod manager do you use?
WastelandAssassin
if you install your mods through Mod Organizer (2 is usually best for FO4) , you can install a texture mod and simply hide the textures you don't want to use from the modthat is probably the easiest way to do what you are looking for not sure if NMM or Vortex has a feature that would allow you to do so , but I haven't really used NMM in a long time and I've yet to try Vortex , so for these you'll need someone more knowledgeable than myself
