First time using mods, need help

I want to start off by saying I never have modded FO3 before and now i want to and that is why i am here i am not sure if i have conflicts or not. Or if i am missing something etc:

 

First i have FO3 GotY on steam, I'm running Windows 10

 

Now here are the list of mods i am using as well as any patches i downloaded:

I am sure i have conflicts but not sure what also i am war these are of the adult\mature nature. Finally the game still minimizes and i have turned on win 7 compatibility mode but not sure if that is the right thing to do. Been so long since i played this so could use any help i can get.

Well first off since you are using WIN10, you're going to need this

Below, pick ONE, all you're going to be doing is letting the last mod loaded win, there is no sense in using 4 different mods to do the same exact thing

BABE MK3 Female Body Replacer

 

If you want some mod suggestions I'd be glad to offer you some :)

 

Also, I NEVER play Fallout 3 with out using this custom follow :smile: - in game she is your cousin

Please i would love some recommendations, also with the Kill fallout 3 one do i use it like a mod in FOMM or use it as a launch or the game?

you ONLY use it when FO3 either crashes or freezes

 

With WIN10 if FO3 stops responding, it won't elt you alt + tab out, BUT, it will still let you use the WIN key, so I pinned it to my start menu and using the arrows keys i can scroll down then hit enter

 

Believe me, it's a LOT better than having to do a hard reboot every time

ok umm any idea what i should do about the game minimizing? Also of the 4 mods which is best you think, again so new to modding and as for the game minimizing i have no idea what i did way back when i played it.

when you run the options to set your resolution and game settings in steam, try using the window mode?

ok let me try see if i can get it to work properly

Well in windowed mode it works better but it seems to want to close or something cause i have to click on it and it shows me the menu screen like i hit alt-tab or something, as for the mods the fellout seems to work its the other ones i am not sure about lol
