better bandits

I want as better bandit mod. The bandits here are too wimpy. the almost always wear clothes or weak light armor

and better world enemies

I have to taunt kill an ordinator to get a real fight

It makes sense that the bandits have clothes and light armour, but I agree that they are a bit of a push-over when you reach higher levels. Perhaps a mod that adds larger mobs would be sufficient?
