elangford Posted August 1, 2012 Share Posted August 1, 2012 Just wanted to update that the 1.7 patch has very nearly corrected my stuttering/lag issues when using ENBSeries. I no longer need to disable SSAO and DOF, and what stuttering that does occur mostly seems to be textures loading. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't a fluke, but I've quit and loaded several times so it looks permanent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Arxagelos Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 Well I tried everything to find out what causes the stuttering issue when running at solid 60fps and when you look around with the mouse suddenly goes under 10fps.Read a lot of forums to find a solution, remove mods, try a new game, ini tweaks, audio drivers test eg and nothing helped.FINALLY after a lot of days testing i've locate the issue and it is on the f@#$g shadows.I have a Q9550 overclocked to 3.8GHz with 8GB ram and GTX560 and i usually put ultra settings. In my case just lowering the shadows from ultra to high or medium do the trick, no more stuttering when look around and i finally had solid fps.
