oldspice2625
Okay, so I'm making a pretty much pure warrior build focusing mainly on using:2h for most humanoidsdual wielding for bosses (elemental fury and power attacks with veggie soup)Sword n Board for magic users (for the obvious bonus you get for element resistance and bashing to interrupt spells) utilizing all three, i'd like to know what I need in terms of max stamina and when to throw the rest into HP, for now, i've just been pumping straight into HP only using power attacks to break shield blocks and such with a 2hander. I'm never putting anything into magicka... it has no use for me other than healing (don't need more magicka for that with reducing cost mastery perks) it will never be necessary for more than the default 100 for me. I also use alteration to get the perks for passive magic resistance and spell absorb. Since the armor caps at 580 roughly I doubt I will need a shield for more than magic user encounters since modded armor is mostly higher tier and you can exploit if needed (Don't want to do unless I absolutely need to. not my thing to exploit needlessly like that). I will MAYBE get into conjuration, but most likely not since I'll either use a follower or just go it alone. So basically warrior build with 2h/SnS/DW hybrid with buffing skills like Resto and Alte. What should be my HP to STAM ratio? Also: What enchantments should I have placed on my armor that are absolutely must haves for warrior types? Are there any that people say are useful, but just end up being redundant and useless? What should my armor look like as far as enchantments go??? THANKS! oldspice
BrettM
For my warrior-type characters, both light and heavy armor, I use a 4:1 ratio of health:stamina upgrades. For each five levels, choose health for four of them and stamina for one of them. This does mean I have to use power attacks selectively at lower levels unless I have a pile of stamina potions, but 4:1 has worked out well for me. The other approach is simply to keep track of what you run low on the most during a level and put your upgrade into that attribute. That should work for any play style. :) For warrior enchantments, I never find it redundant to fortify any combat skill I use regularly or to fortify health and stamina.
