Major Problems, need help ASAP.

So I just reinstalled Fallout 3 on my new computer. I activated Fallout 3 so the INI file would load. Then I installed FOMM, FOSE and Archive Invalidation. I am using FWE, EVE, MMM, AA, WMK, Mothership Zeta Crew, Vault 101 Revisited, Project Beauty, Xephas Dynamic Weather, Fellout, Ihud, DC Interiors, Advanced Recon Tech, Whats Your Brand, Enhanced Weather, Craft, Calibr, Xcalibr, Darnified UI, and a whole bunch of small mods that change small little things. PROBLEMS: 1. The FWE menu disappears from my inventory

2. MMM menu and Advanced Recon Gear menu turns Blue and I can't access them.

3. I can't access the Main Menu by hitting escape

4. I still get red exclamation points, even with Archive Invalidated Invalidation activated.

I also did unpack a few BSA's and put the texture folders from those BSA's into the Data folder.

Don't. You don't need to unpack .BSA's that come with a mod. Just put them into the data directory as they are.

Definitely. If a mod relies on resources inside a .bsa file, then it won't be able to load those. Which leads us to the next problem:

 

I still get red exclamation points, even with Archive Invalidated Invalidation activated.

Naturally. Contrary to popular opinion around here, archive invalidation has nothing to do with meshes. And red exclamation points refer to missing meshes. And your missing meshes are very likely casued by the fact that you didn't the earlier mentioned .bsa's in your data folder.

 

Load order:

 

Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Natural Selection.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - Master Menu Module.esp

Remove all these plugins.

 

StreetLights - Wasteland.esp

Redundant if you have the latest version of the main Streetlights mod.

 

You also have 3 weather based mods: Enhanced Weather, Dynamic Weather and Fellout. Enhanced Weather and Dynamic Weather work pretty well together, but Fellout won't work well with either one of those. Choose either Fellout or Dynamic weather + Enhanced weather, not all 3 of them.

Regardless of which you choose, weather mods need to load as late as possible. In other words: Put them all the way at the bottom of your load order.

 

Don't forget to make a new merged patch afterwards.
