Really need help with this CTD (have tried numerous things)

Basically I was having a CTD in the vigilant mod at this certain point constantly. I keep having in Bartholos room in EP.3 of the mod I open the door I can walk inside as soon as I go near the bed or Molag Bal statue CTD. I can work around this by using TCL and I did that again for the Burnt corpse you interact with in the Mansion to get your stuff. When I entered coldharbour I would get CTD whenever I go past a certain point. I got fed up and made Skyrim SE vanilla again and reinstalled half my mods. I only installed quest mods such as undeath that compliment Legacy of the Dragonborn and armor and weapon mods. I COC to that area where Bartholo room is I open the door and I am still getting a CTD in that same spot even with a fresh playthrough. I even turn off all my plugins in MO except Unofficial patch and alternate start and still CTD in same spot. I've used LOOT to do my mod order and made bashed patch. I've looked in SSEEdit (im not that experienced using it) and still have been unable to find anything. I spoke to the author of the mod he doesn't know what it can be corrupted download maybe or something with the environment but I don't have any lighting, blood or texture mods other that static mesh improvement mod.

I really like the mod and I want to finish it and all the items it brings to the museum but I keep having CTD's. I really hope there is someone who can help me resolve this as it is so frustrating!

LOL sorry man got desperate I finally found the solution it was insects begone it removes spider webs from the game that was making the ctd's I found another mod to replace the insects one so finally im able to play!
