Kiki981
Today I have runed LOOT. And it's acting very wierd. I have uninstalled one armor mod, and runed LOOT, to make shure that all mods are in wright order. And LOOT showed me 3 errors and 6 dirty plugins. The problem is, that all the mods that I have in my game are clean and no mods that had errors were reinstalled recently. I have runed LOOT yesterday, and there were no such errors or dirty plugins. Funny thing is, that I just uninstalled armor mod and dirty plugins are not even affliced in any way by this armor mod. And errors are for Realistic water 2 - which I have in my game since I have installed game few months ago - and LOOT newer showed me any errors for Waters. And most interesting thing is, that error appeared not while running LOOT but after pressing apply button in LOOT (they didn't show even when I pressed "arrange" button). Now I'm confused, is LOOT acting wierd or is there realy something wrong with my mods - just for information - when I saw this errors I tried to reinstall RW2 and same errors are there. The errors say: "Delete. Already included in Realistic Water Two - Legendary.esp"Any idea, what could be wrong?

NexusComa
I love LOOT and have used it for years. I may have a fix for you but some debate it's validity. However, it has always worked for me so ... It's just my guess here (given many tests) but, I'm sure LOOT also considers your current load order while it creates a new load order.Sometimes that breaks down and LOOT is then left trying to correct a load order that for whatever reason isn't working correctly. So here is how to get back to not correcting and determining load order, rather just determine load order. First use TESEdit to make sure your mods are really clean (you may need to go find that video that shows how ... super easy stuff). Then back up both the loadorder.txt and plugins.txt files. After that just delete them and run LOOT from scratch. After LOOT crates your new load order copy/create loadorder.txt to plugins.txt - the Skyrim.esm at the top. It should work wonders. Good luck. tejano2828
There was a time when the first thing people said when you were having problems with your load order, general gameeplay was RUN LOOT!! well I say no thanks. About all it's good for is finding out which mods have dirty edits other than that it's more trouble than it's worth. I have over 400 mods installed there is no way I'll let Loot sort out my loot order I have several merge plugins and mods from overseas I doubt if it will run. LOOT has become obsolete it's 2019 afterall lots of mods aren't even being updated. I say learn your load order and manage it yourself probably be off better I haven't used loot in over 2 years. NexusComa
You do know you can actually use LOOT to set up your load order yourself. Check the options ...You can tell LOOT when to put a mod under a different mod and customize your load order personalty.( Also tejano282, you do know there is a hard limit to how many eps's can be active right? This is the wrong place to BS Skyrim mod makers ... )
tejano2828
I have 389 mods installed that's 389 esps.....merged I have 252 esps activated....so yes I know the limits and I know what I am doing.
NexusComa
And I bet you can't play 30 min without a CTD. LOOT is a great program and has been for years. The fact you can program it yourself is a major plus. There is also a program called BOSS but I tired it once and it changed other settings that took forever to weed out. So ... LOOT for me!
