Odyseus77
Hmm. I'm setting ModFusion to only install patches for mods already installed and enabled on the load order. Are you saying that the statement ifmodenabled is required for ModFusion to process the install.ini file? The adobe example should look like this? ifmodenabled=Leveled List Organizer ifactive=Leveled List Organizer.esm ifactive=Case.esm mergefile=patches\LLO-Partial Patch-CASE.esp endif . . . ifactive=DeadMoney.esm mergefile=patches\LLO-Compatibility Patch-Dead Money.esp endif // This would be the one that closes ifactive=Leveled List Organizer.esm endif // This would be the one that closes ifmodenabled=Leveled List Organizer endif The last endif should go there? Cyberlazy
No, its not required in the leveled list install.ini to have ifmodenabled=Leveled List Organizer My problem came from ifactive=Case.esmThat should be ifmodenabled=Case if you are using the modfusion version of CASE. And if you are using modfusion why are you not using the modfusion version of case? Why are you editing these ini's at all? Modfusion already did all that. that was the whole point. Make a new mod if your adding new patches and stop editing my install inis. Edited June 20, 2012 by Cyberlazy
Odyseus77
Because I have already installed and activated Case.esm in my load order. I just want ModFusion to install patches based on my current load order.
Cyberlazy
Use the modfusion version of CASE, it will overwrite the existing CASE files and take over without any problems, It will also no longer become needed to use case-rebalanced or any of the case DLC patches if you use the modfusion version of CASE. (remove those from load order) All those files merge togethor into ModFusion.esp Oh, I get it now, you don't want to use modfusion's installer/uninstaller. Awww. Just give it a try man. You will like it. Edited June 20, 2012 by Cyberlazy
Odyseus77
Awww. Now you get it!? After sending me to f*** myself you caught it!? I thought that I had already made it clear in all my previous posts that I do not want to use another mod installer!? PERIOD I already gave it a try! Installs perfectly! Uninstalls perfectly! I like it! But I do not want to use that ModFusion functionality! PERIOD Now, knowing all this. Do you want to continue to accept my feedback? Or are you going to continue with your shitty attitude? Because if it is the latter, I just follow my way and I will not bother you anymore!!
Cyberlazy
No need to get offended, it was just a misunderstanding. Of course I want feedback, I just did not realise why you where editing all these ini files that I had spent so much time getting correct for typical usage. Please keep an eye out for future changes in the install scripts if you are writing your own copy. Thank you for testing the install/uninstall functionality. Jeux
Nobody sent you to do anything by force. I hope you know that you have made a fool of yourself, at least in my eyes. Regardless of if you care or not, you should not have lost your cool like that. Cyberlazy has taken the time to code this installer from SCRATCH with NO help, and he is generously sharing his code with others for feedback. Using a new tool such as this should generally indicate, via common sense, the possibility of "hiccups" or even corruption. Chill. Either help the developer at your own discretion, or leave him to his work. Keep it up, Cyber //
Cyberlazy
Thanks Jeux. This program now exceeds 230,000 bytes of source code! woot. I think it was around 100,000 for the first release.Speaking of hiccups, Apparently the latest version is having a small problem with craft packs recipes and LLO's leveled lists. A new version has been uploaded as of this post. Edited June 20, 2012 by Cyberlazy
