The game switches to 3rd person after Character Customization

This one is persistent, no matter what I do. :wallbash:

Right after finishing customizing my character at the very beginning (normal start, not alternate), my view switches to 3rd person. It's weird, my character's body becomes distorted when he starts walking (he's not actually walking, but gliding towards the block), and as soon as he stops, his hands are suddenly untied. This persists until Ralof "unties" my character's hands, which is when I'm able to switch to 1st person manually. Also, while running away from Alduin throughout Helgen, my character moves crazy fast, I barely manage to direct him.

I've tried everything I could think of to solve this. I have no critical conflicts, overrides are done exactly as modders intended. I'm using Vortex, I'm starting the game through SKSE64, I have LOOT installed, Master files are cleaned with SSEEdit as instructed, I have FNIS... You know, the usual stuff for pretty & functional Skyrim.

If you have any doubts of what exactly might cause this bug, do suggest. I have a total of 74 mods installed & active.

Press Esc in-game and click on the System tab to the right and click on the Control option to the left.

From there can you change almost any control key you want to change. Personally, I use the middle mouse button aka the scroll wheel when switching between normal view and 1st view in-game.

I'm using the controller.

I have the keyboard available when I have to type things like character's name and console commands (thanks to this excellent mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5682 ), but the only option is to press R3 (or RS on Xbox), which is the default for switching camera view. And that doesn't work. Any possible command to switch the camera view is unresponsive. It doesn't work when I'm only using keyboard either, without the aforementioned mod.

I have found a workaround.

Typing "enableplayercontrols" into the console has solved the 3rd person issue; now I can switch back to 1st person. The cutscene is working fine - except for the increased movement speed afterwards. However, that is solved as well when I save after exiting the cave, and then reload.

I still don't know what actually causes the 3rd person issue, though. Everything else works fine.
