Crash when leaving building

So I have a crash whenever I leave this building, im in frostfruit inn (rorikstead I think) and whenever I leave the building the game CTDs with no error sound, no message nothing. I thought it was mods at first but after uninstalling, deleting my skyrim folder and reinstalling the crash still happens. I believe I encountered this error before but i'm not sure where, I can load an earlier save in an outdoor area but all my saves in frostfruit inn (I have normal saves, quick saves and autosaves there) lead to a CTD, once it actually finished loading and showed a gray world space (no objects textures etc) and then CTDed.

 

I'm at a loss here so does anyone have any advice?

 

System specs are:

core I7 (920 D0 I think)

nvidia 670 gtx 2gb Vram

Motherboard x56 gigabyte or something

6gb DDR3 Ram (1033MZ IIRC)

HD 1TB

Many things can cause a CTD when exiting a building and loading into the world.

 

1: Editing your skyrim.ini to fix the Z:fighting issue can cause CTD this would happen when trying to load the world.

2: If your using an Enb that can also cause CTD, when using an enb do not have any Programs like "Xfire" "Gamebooster" "advanced system care" or any overclocking utility.

3: Mods Mods Mods: to many mods can reek havoc on skyrim. i would suggest installing Wrye Bash and Boss & SKSE these i ment to keep skyrim running smoother.

4: If your saved game are to big, as in the {30} mb to {50} mb range this can again reek havoc on skyrim, to fix this uninstall any mod's (if you have any installed) that are very large and that drastically change skyrim.

I am having the Same issue. It happens to every building but not all the time. Sometimes it will happen four or five times, then it will work flawlessly again. i have Used both BOSS and TES5edit to clean things up and it has not fixed the situation. I use SKSE as well. Can anyone help me?

 

I should mention that everything was fine until i messed with my graphics settings. Which i then changed back, but it didn't fix the problem.

I have this issue to, whats weird is that if I uses coc to go to river wood and fast travel to the same location as from leaving the building it works fine. Ive tried back doors and going through a building to use an exit from a connected cell, it seems that simply the act of leaving a building is a no go.

I think i may have the same problem. Sometimes when i want to exit a building i have a screen half way my sight as i exited half loadingscreen and nothing more. In that case i always close skyrim by using the task manager and then load the last save i have. Then before exiting i make a new save, reload the same one and then it worked. Maybe it helps anybody as it helped myself. Sadly i don't know why this error occours.

If you don't have the exact same mod list/load order/ using the exact same mod organizer/ using the exact same system as the original poster, then it isn't likely your issue is the same. Just post a new thread if the solution isn't found in the forums rather than necro'ing a 4 yr old thread. 'Cause zombies...that's how the apocalypse starts.

So basically no one has a solution that would work for me because I'm having this same problem.

Almost every time I enter or exit any building, it CTD.

I tried something a friend suggested I tried. The "coc qasmoke" took me to the testing area or whatever it's called.

Then "coc whiterun" my game was fine but I was scared to enter or exit anything. Fast traveling was fine. But I don't wanna have to do this

when I'm in Solstheim.. :/
