Mookeylama Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 So, followed this whole post, since I also had the same errors.... did EVERYTHING from clean install to deactivating stuff and whatnot, nothing helped. Eventually I found a youtube video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZO6JAFioJ6U ) Where there is a comment from sandos12x1 "Open Explorer and type%appdata% hit enter, or go to C:\Users\-yourname-\AppData\Local\Skyrimmodify your plugin list, plugins.inidelete update.esm and if there are 2 skyrim.esm, delete one.So there will be one skyrim.esm and no update.esm. If there isn't a plugin.ini you must create one and paste the plugin.txt contents.Save and enjoy" I had no ini there, created on, copied the plugins.txt there... ran game, tested, ALL CTD's GONE. Just the ini doesn't auto update load orders and so on, you need to do that manually each time you change something. Since that time I had zero CTD's running well over 100 mods (textures and animations) I hope this helps. thx for this , i will try right now.One question, i dont' have " skyim esm in the plugins list but spike esm , i have to create skyrim esm ? thx has anyone been getting any result doing this? i'm trying it and...i dunno. definitely had less crashes, but i've also been doing different things so not stringently testing. i am keeping the plugin.txt in the folder along w/ the new ini, since the txt will keep track of my load changes and i can paste it over to the ini. should i not have the txt in there too? prod80 Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 It's old... had to do with issues related to NMM and Skyrim.esm being duplicated constantly in plugins.txt, that issue should not occur anymore. There is 18 UDR in UFO - Heartfire AddOn, but after cleaning with TES5Edit, there are no UDR finded, so it seems it's BOSS glitch. I found strange thing, when I pass this area on foot, there is no CTD, only when i'm riding a horse. I thought that there is a problem with loading some objects in distance, but I set game to lowest possible settings, tried vanilla Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and CTD is still there when im riding horse. I have an awful issue where my completely vanilla, unmodded version of Skyrim Legendary edition is crashing after 2-5 minutes of gameplay. If anyone could help me interpret these logs that would be awesome. Here are the papyrus logs for when I have all 3 DLC's offhttp://pastebin.com/8YxRsiD6 Here they are when I have the DLC's onhttp://pastebin.com/xfQLx7Ta Generally I never make it past riverwood, and the crashes usually happen after the wolves attack on the road before entering riverwood with Ralof. I've tried every fix I can find on google and other forums from DEP whatever whatever, to downloading unofficial patches and editting INI settings I'm not sure what it could be. Thanks google for making this post your number 1 hit. PLEASE EVERYONE just open a new topic on the forum with your crashes and contain these thingsLog from BOSS (unrecognized/recognized plugins) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6/Your installed texture replacers with their resolution (those don't have a plugin but can cause CTD)Your system specs + OS that you're runningYour additional mods like ENB, SweetFX, FNIS, etcGeneral information about your crash like; where (inside, outside world), does it happen at a certain event (getting close to city XYZ), can you repeat the crash, does the crash happen at a certain time, is there anything else weird in your game (infinite loadscreens, textures missing, NPC's broken, quests broken)Do you have the crashes as well when you start a new game or notDid you uninstall/reinstall a lot of mods on your current save gameDid you recently add mods, what happens when you disable themand so on...
