Can't download any new mods without skyrim crashing due to missing files! Please help

Upon downloading a handful of mods from the skyrim nexus just recently my game began exhibiting serious issues where regardless of the mod or its category, any new mod i download and activate causes skyrim to claim that there are missing mod files whenever trying to load any of my game saves. I've used Wyre Bash to try and identify the missing mod file, to no avail. Everything in the load order appears to be present, showing no missing files. This particular mod issue has me stumped and is so confusing because as soon as I deactivate any of the new mods i've installed since this problem occurred the game seems to work fine and allows me to load any of my game saves once again. Also confusing is that when I load the game save while having any new mod activated its as if all the mods I've had for a long time are reset, reintroduced to the game all acting as if they were just downloaded. Also when allowing the game to save while the issue is present, visiting Wyre Bash again displays my game as having no current mods installed.

 

The handful of mods i installed right before this started included several quest mods: The Oblivion Realm Serie - The Gate of Solitude, The Oblivion Realm Serie, Morthal Pain, VIGILANT, and Voyage to the Dreamborne Isles. I also installed a couple random armor and follower mods, but all of them appear standalone, and have no bodytype requirements or any other that I think could possibly conflict with my game in this manner. I've uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim, verified the integrity of my game files, and have tried using the savetool to get rid of any harmful scripts.

 

PLEASE don't hesitate to add any advice or information you have on this issue, as I am at a loss for how to solve this, and can no longer install mods of any kind because of this!

Just a thought - how many plugins do you have active? The game breaks if you have more than 255, including the base game files.

I have a similar problem. My old mods don't disappear but when I download and install a new mod, the file names are there but there is nothing in the file.
