User repeatedly sent out notices to gain permission to translate Nexus uploaded mods into Italian. Under this guise they took it upon themselves to upload some of these files 'non-translated' to the Steam Workshop, stating that permission had indeed been granted, or in some cases - claiming to be the original creator of the files in question. He did not seek or gain permission for the act or re-uploading the files, and refused to remove such files when confronted by the original authors of those files on the Steam workshop - going as far as removing their comments to cover his repeated acts of theft and deceit.
