Adjust "Infinite Weapon Arrows" to work for "Throwing Weapons Redux"

Hi all. Just wanted to know if it would be possible to "jury-rig" the Infinite Weapon Arrows mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64171/ - and make it work for the Throwing Weapons Redux - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36147

 

I would attempt it myself, but as the IWA mod patches the code, instead of just throwing in an esp file, it's well beyond me.
