I know i should have tested the game in between the mods but i kinda lost my self for a little bit and when i finaly did and it would not work i could not figure it out.

You don't say if you are using OBMM or not. If so, check for mod conflicts.

 

I would suspect a conflict between the animation mods, It's possible two use the same resources.

 

First, try disabling all of the new mods you put in. If that doesn't work, try disabling all mods.

the only thing in your load order that really pops out at me is this:

 

AliveWaters - Koi Addon.esp

AliveWaters - Slaughterfish Addon.esp

AliveWaters.esp

 

the addons rely on the main esp and loading them before it would cause an insta crash. Other than that, unless I overlooked something, everything seems to be in order (no pun intended).

Worm, I noticed he doesn't have any of the Unofficial Patches. Based upon your experience with mods, do you think that what he has loaded-in could be aggravating a known bug that has been fixed by the Unofficials?

 

Also, given what he's running, would you recommend using FCOM Helper to load-order? I'm thinking that would be a good idea. I use it extensively.
