Can I download to NMM?

So I can't use Vortex because no matter what I do, I can't download mods to my G drive, even changing the installation and download paths didn't work.

SO I want to NMM or fix this issue, but I can't download right to NMM from Nexus anymore/ Is there a work around this or does someone know how to fix the Gdrive thing?

The server just sends mods to your computer; it has no idea who handles them.

If you want NMM to handle them, tell it so.

If you want Vortex to handle them, tell it so.

Only caveat is that this is an all or nothing choice. If NMM handles one mod from Nexus, it will handle all of them. Same for Vortex.

I am also dubius about using NMM to download mods intended for use by Vortex. Better idea is to get Vortex to work.

I have a similar issue. The only button in the mod pages is now Vortex, NMM does come up when I click but it says token expired and doesn't let me do anything.

You will need to describe what you are trying to do.

Do you want NMM to handle downloads, or Vortex?

What you describe sounds like you need to have NMM sign into Nexus again.

If Nexus has done anything to prohibit downloads to NMM - I have not heard about it. As far as I know, Vortex on the download button is just a label.
