thompsonar
Download a program called BOSS (you can get it here on the nexus) and run it. Then your mods will be in the right order. Read the instructions and it's super easy.

Adipose
I recommend two actions that worked for me...mostly: First, learn to use TESEDIT (if you don't already) then run it for all your mods. Second, run LOOT. Third, update your drivers...particularly that for your vcard. These days, every time I dl a new mod, I run TESEDIT on it. Amazing how many dirty edits some of those contain. LOOT is a bit buggy so you might want to have it sort your load order w/o any of the main "unofficial" patches installed. You can put those back later. For me, LOOT won't sort plugins with all three of those installed.
Adipose
Also, double check that there aren't any new updates/patches for your installed mods. I did that for the all the "Unofficial" game mods that I'm using and it fixed my problem with LOOT.
