zhemis
This video shows my problem. I think it must be a texture mod I've put in but since it only affects distant stuff I don't know what I should replace or get rid of. I'm just hoping someone has seen this or just knows which direction I should take.Thanks.
Systex
Pretty much everyone got that issue, including me. I believe it's called Z-fighting. It doesn't matter if you have texture mods installed, it just happens. I know it's annoying, just try to ignore it.
zhemis
Yeah, I just found the wiki page of STEP about z-fighting and watched a video. It's easier to deal with in a way knowing what the issue is instead of thinking I had some poor textures installed.
Georgiegril
You can get rif of that by changing your sky cell value in pref.ini.I am quoting the Geforce Skyrim tweak guide:fSkyCellRefFadeDistance=150000.0000 - This variable in SkyrimPrefs.ini effectively controls the distance at which clouds are seen, particularly around mountain tops. As the value is raised, more distant mountains gain clouds around them. Lowering this variable will remove clouds from around mountains, up to and including all of them if set to 0. Altering distant clouds should have a mild performance impact. Here is the link to the whole guide: Geforce tweak guide Did the trick for me, no more flickering clouds.
