I don't normally like calling anything a fix as everyone has different systems and issues, but this was a fix for me and many others. References to Gophers New Vegas modding series. I had problems with Windows 10, the stuff I share here, sorted all that for me, not guaranteed for everyone, as we all have different systems, but the mods described here should help. This is not a step by step teaching video, but an overview of how you can make Fallout New Vegas smooth again.
