i think we need more weapons, armor, vehicles, and places. one place we should go is Reno from fallout 2 maybe even San Francisco we also need more weapons and armor from the original fallouts. or maybe some one can let us visit the ncr. plus adding new places u have to have new enemies and this will add new fractions

When has it ever been suggested that either of these is true? If you talk to Bruce Isaacs, he'll tell you that the Bishop child is a boss in New Reno, and he had sex with his daughter. The Courier doesn't have any option to be like "Hey! That's my dad!" or anything of the sort. In fact, it's utterly illogical for him to be the Courier's father, considering New Vegas is 40 years after the events of Fallout 2 and the Courier would have been born while the Bishop Child is a kid. Also, Ulysses is from the Twisted Hairs, a tribe that has absolutely nothing to do with the Bishops, and seems to be even older than the Courier. So not only is it not implied, it's ridiculously improbable.

 

 

 

OP: Several people have tried recreating old locations, but each one has given up. Vehicles are also difficult to implement.

For weapons, this: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/37002 has every weapon from the series.

 

You might want to look around at the highest rated quest mods and pick some that suit you. There are plenty fantastic ones, some very lore friendly, and some that just aren't for lore sticklers. Just look around.
