xaba
hello guys, i hope i wont get banned again for no reason, recently i deleted the wrong skyrim mod folder (i had 3 of them T_T) and this particular one was the one NMM was saving the copys. 2 days ago i started NMM and noticed that the whole list is gone aswell. now i never will know which mods i had installed ( tho i made a complete Data copy right before) now i wont be able to keep the mods up to date either :( is there any way to retrieve the installed mods list in skyrim ? thx for info in advance
Georgiegril
Well, if you used BOSS you could pull up your last txt file and you could at least see what mods you used to have, to reinstall... Also probably obvious, but most deleted files go into the recycle bin. You might check to see if you can find your folder there.
xaba
the boss idea is good but NMM still sees all the .esp / .esm so the actual installed mods are still viable, even those from Steam network. sadly the authors dont add discription or name it like finaltest.esp / horse.esp / house.esp 70% of the mods can be reloaded and most probably it wont do any harm to just overwrite them, but many other good but not popular mods are not retractable anymore /supersadface
