tokyobiohazard
This is where the RP itself will take place. The discussion thread can be found *HERE*. As chosen by voters, this RP takes place in the Capital Wasteland. It assumes the events of Fallout 3 have already happened, with the "Good" ending, as canonically, the "Good" ending is usually the one chosen by the game companies when they continue the series. Have fun and remember to post character sheets and OOC (out of character) discussions in the discussion thread.
tokyobiohazard
Axelle Edwards sat in Moriarty's Saloon, staring into a glass of water. Little bits of dirt floated around inside the clear liquid. She grimaced at the questionable cleanliness of the glass and shrugged, downing all the water at once. At least the radiation in the water was gone, thanks to some mysterious stranger type who passed through a few years ago. The water actually tasted neutral now, and she was thankful for that. She absentmindedly pulled at her middle lip ring while running her tongue across her lower row of teeth. "Things sure are... boring lately," she said while starting at nothing in particular. Nova, the favorite citizen of Megaton among people who passed through, laughed sensually, staying in character for the other patrons, "Maybe for you, honey. Business is more lively than ever." "Mmh..." Axelle grunted, shrugging her shoulders. "Maybe for you, Nova." She stood up and gratefully thanked Gob, the bartender, then made her way out the door. A bright glint of sunlight lit up the entire dim room as she opened the door, and she shielded her eyes before walking outside.
BaldurAnthology
"Crap!" Sandro exclaims, as his latest client is killed be a sniper. This really wasn't his day. First, he got attacked by raiders, then lost his favorite prewar souvenir, and now he lost his client. Flinging himself behind a rock, he pulled out his assault rifle, and then, grabbing an old metal pole off the ground, put the hat he had found on top of the pole, and raised it above the rock. When on shot ensued, he stood up, cautiously, and looked around. The man with the sniper rifle was walking towards him, rifle leaning casually over his shoulder. "Sorry about this, Sandro old boy! Business is business." It was Greebo. another ghoul that had been born in England before the war, and got to America just before the bombs fell. "Greebo, why would you kill my client?" Greebo looks unhappy. "Bounty on him, old bean. Just business. Here!" Greebo hands Sandro 100 caps. "We aren't that far from Megaton. Go to Moriarty's. Get a drink on me." Greebo cuts off the ear of the dead merchant I had been escorting as proof he had done the deed, and slips it into a blood stained pouch, which gained a few fresh stains. "Good luck, old boy!" Greebo says cheerfully, running off to whomever had paid him. Shandro shook his head, grumbling, and headed towards Megaton, stopping to grab the caps off the dead merchant as well. He wouldn't need them now. Within a half hour of walking, he arrived at the gates of Megaton. 10 minutes later, he was up at the door of Moriarty's. He sees a girl, couldn't be more than 15 coming out. She looked like she was going to be travelling. "Bit young to be travelling by yourself, ain't ya smooth skin?" He asks her. "You know, normally I charge 100 caps to hire, but because you're young, I am offering to watch your back for a mere 10 caps. How 'bout it, smooth skin?" Sandro smiles. tokyobiohazard
Axelle shrugged, "I was bored anyway. You got yourself a deal." She reached a hand in the deep pocket of her baggy coveralls, then counted out ten caps. "You were lucky, I guess. Only got one left to my name now. Surprised you picked up on me being young, but then the hairstyle probably gives it away."
BaldurAnthology
Sandro nods, and hands the caps back, with half of what he got from the merchant. "Here, I'm here to protect you from robbers, not rob you." He hands the girl 110 caps. "Now wait here a moment, I am going to grab a bottle for the road, and then we go wherever you say, so long as we can stop at Craterside before we go. I need to get some more ammo." Sandro says, and walks into the bar. He pays 20 caps for a bottle of whisky, grumbling at the price and comes out, "Right, now to Craterside, if we got time. if not, it's cool I can salvage what I can." tokyobiohazard
Axelle took the caps, feeling a sting to her pride. "I don't like taking this, I'm gonna just come out and say that. But I guess I could use a trip to Craterside Supply. Nothing wrong with being prepared, I know that." She ran her tongue over her lip rings again, a habit she had fallen into. She started toward the shop, then said, "Axelle Edwards. You got a name?" Edited June 21, 2012 by tokyobleach

C'mon, Smooth. .I mean Axelle. Let's go get the supplies." Sandro says, and starts down towards Craterside. "What's a girl your age doin travellin, anyway smoothskin? boneless1
Within a dash Vlad scrambles behind a desk within the confines of a destroyed class, he quickly looked glanced around his surroundings while breathing heavily as gun shots sounded throughout the hallways just outside the class. "Ah..man Vlad..what did you do to piss these guys off..I was here first it's the rule of thumb isn't it!" Vlad quickly reloaded his .44 placing each bullet in with panic, sometimes even dropping one occasionally on the floor. The hallway went quiet, the air was still and the sweat beaded off Vlads brow. He stopped breathing, listening to the echoing footsteps of his soon to be new best 'friends', he could hear them muttering; they were close, close enough so Vlad could hear some of the chatter. "How much is he in?" One said, his voice deep and somewhat strange..a ghoul Vlad assumed. "3,000 caps I was told, but who knows the idiot probably lost a gamble..or maybe he just made the wrong friends." A little laughter could be heard echoing throughout the hall ways that contained endless rows of lockers. Vlad, who was struck stupid did not even have the lightest clue what they were talking about. A misunderstanding was it, he did not owe -anyone-. Vlad looked to his surroundings, a fire extinguisher was on the ground just a few feet to his left near a collapsed closet. He could hear the footsteps drawing near, he quickly but quietly crawled to it and snagged it to him behind the desk. He grabbed a pipe of sorts and lodged it inside the extinguishers head. He breathed deep, as if his last breaths he looked intently out to where the echoes came from and said. "You got the wrong guy! I dont owe anything to anyone, leave now..or..or I will be forced to.. defend myself." He was clueless, Vlad placed extinguisher in front of him. He stood, waiting. His foot above the lever that enabled the extinguisher. He heard a clatter for running, sprinting almost. "I'm so sorry...I think." When one was visible he smashed his foot against the lever, propelling the thin pipe in the air and right through the leg of the suspected ghoul. He let out a scream, Vlad quickly scrambled behind the desk and positioned himself in a firing position. "You bastard! I'm going to gut you!." The ghoul screamed as he rolled on the ground, blood spilling from his wound. The other one took cover behind the wall just beside the entrance popping multiple rounds from her automatic rifle into the room. Vlad only sighed, fired blindly and shook his head thinking. "Smart one that is."
vathelis
Kira sits on the metal platform outside of Craterside Supply, pouting at her stack of NCR bills. "I thought I had so much too... Guess it's not worth anything this far east..."After a moment, she opened her backpack, tossing the stack of bills in. "At least it's not as hot here as it is out west..."Kira sighs lightly, now seeming to be in a much more cheerful mood, bobbing her head side to side, as if she was listening to music. tokyobiohazard
Suddenly, Axelle's cyberdog Spark rushed out from behind a trash can, holding a dead... something... in his mouth. He rushed at Axelle and placed the thing, which proved to be a rat, in front of her feet. "Thank you, Spark." She turned back to Sandro, "I ain't really got anywhere to go, honestly. There's no reason to stick around anywhere when your family's a pile of guts being picked at by vermin. Besides, I got Spark here, and he isn't gonna be dying on me anytime soon." She gestured to the massive cyberdog, petting his fluffy shoulder. A girl sat outside Craterside Supply, and Axelle waved to her before walking inside. Spark stayed outside and sat next to the girl and panted as he looked at her, as if expecting to be patted.
