I have tried disabling both Nuclear Reloaded and Grasslands. With Nuclear Reloaded uninstalled I was able to access to the O'Neill Family Manufacturing area but not the other areas. With grasslands uninstalled no areas were fixed. Unfortunately I don't think Nuclear Reloaded is being maintained anymore and the author was banned from the nexus a couple years ago so I will have to try and manually fix any problems with it myself. Advice on how to do that would be appreciated, as well as any help finding other culprits that might be bugging the areas out that aren't immediately obvious.
