LE Use NPC interactions mod?

Ok, let me see if I can explain this.

I am NOT looking for an animation mod that lets me contol NPC animations or allows the PC to perform those actions.

Have you ever watched an NPC roam around town and as they approach a certain spot (like a bench or post) they proceed to lean against it?

This happens because there is a trigger in that location that tells the NPC to perform a certain action in that spot.

What I'm looking for is a mod that will take those NPC markers and make them useable by the PC.
