Glumf
The game just refuses to launch. Iv'e tried everything. Reinstalling my ENBs, reinstalling SKSE, cleaning my ITMs with TES5, running Loot. Nothing. The SKSE box will just pop up for a second, then dissapear, then nothing else seems to happen. I have no idea what is going on, and could really use some help. Rather, I'm trying to find out if the problem is the game installation itself versus a SKSE problem. Before using the Skryrim launcher, I would suggest that you disable any SKSE dependent mods just to be on the safe side. After the SKSE box disappears, what exactly do you see? Do you see the Bethesda logo? Or what? Also, are you using Vortex as your mod manager? Although you're posting in a Vortex forum, it's not clear from your post exactly what mod manager you're using. If you are using Vortex, are you trying to launch your game from the SKSE tab on the Vortex tool dashlet?
BigBizkit
This does not sound like a Vortex specific issue. Please note that there are notable differences when it comes to "my game does not launch". Do you mean: 1. Clicking launch literally does nothing? 2. The game starts but crashes after the Bethesda Logo? For 1.: A possible reason for SE not launching at all is when bsa archives from Oldrim have not been repacked properly for SE. The engine, unfortunately, provides no feedback regarding that, other than simply refusing to launch the game while a plugin referencing an "Oldrim bsa" is enabled. This isn't something LOOT or Vortex can pick up on, as the problem lies with the compression/packaging, not the plugin data. For 2.: This can be related to either a missing master (i.e. you are missing a mod's requirement), or it can be an ENB issue, as ENB compiles your shaders before loading the main menu.
