Flickering water in Skyrim

Are you using any water mods?

I have read that it can be a problem if you are using SLI (looks like maybe you are not?)

Also, some people have found lowering your fps can help, (Although it might lead to long load times, see Renn's recent post on that) or changing your Vsync.

Finally, if you recently updated your drivers, but did not follow this procedure, you may have some problems because of that.

Hope something here helps!

Hi guys i run the game in a I7 2600k and a gtx 580 and i've been noticed some water flickering, i have the last update instaled, any one knows how to fix it?

did you ever find a fix ? This game is giving me a headache . One minute everything is fine and then the next the waters turn into strobe lights . Or I will be walking on land and then all of the sudden I will be swimming above ground . Or walking across a bridge only for the game to drop me below it . last issue is Doors ! You could walk up to a locked door then find yourself on the other side .

Wonder if these issues are related to 120 FPS ? Since Skyrim is a Console port the coding could be broken at 120 frames
