1veryverygenericname
I get the following errors: > Failed to create "W:\ModOrganizer\FO4 SE\profiles". Your user account probably lacks permission.> failed to set up data path The hard drive W died and I had to reinstall Fallout 4 on D. I attempt to launch MO and it flashes me these errors and fails to launch entirely.I couldn't find Mod Organizer in the list of installed programs so I simply deleted the installation folder and installed again.Same problem. I looked for any files left over from the old installation but couldn't find any.I am running it "as administrator" on the system Administrator account. ibraam277
I know it has been a while since this post was posted, but I've found a fix. Just type run in windows 10 start menu and press enter. copy and paste this "%localappdata%/ModOrganizer/" from there you can change the path files by changing the .ini file. the problem should be fixed.

koseii
Try finding ModOrganizer.ini in your pc, maybe in AppData/Local/ModOrganizer/YOURGAMEFOLDERNAME, edit it and change game paths to right names.
literally78
in my experience this happens bcs an instance conflicti play facerim (korean modpack version) and i install it on an external hard drive, once i finish testing and apply some translation i copy it to local disk and the error happensmy local disk alrd have MO2 installed so in order to get facerim working i have to make another new instance for facerim and redirect the profile selection to the right one (in my case facerim profile)after that everything works normally (needs some adjustments on pathing some stuff like fnis bodyslide retexture seeedit creationkit and etc. so if you alrd have mo installed, "find it" and try create a new instance from it, redirect the profile to the mo2 profile of your choosing (profile should be inside skyrimSE, along with other folders such as mods and downloads
