bethjunkie Posted June 24, 2012 Share Posted June 24, 2012 It's not exactly a mod; it's more of a modder's resource. You'll need to use an image editing program like GIMP to open one of the files, cut out the tattoo you want to use and place it onto the skin texture for your character (or npc you want to use them on). You'll need to be using a custom race too or else everyone else who is assigned to your race will be sporting the same ink and that's a faux pas nobody wants to make.
