On the little market square to the right, I found a building with a For Sale sign posted on it. It is called apartment for sale. Can anybody tell me what mods add apartments? Not sure which mod it's from, but there should be an office of Imperial engineering on the other side of the building, you can buy the apartment there for 15,000 gold.
