[LE] Help With Making A Follower

Apologies if this is the wrong board for this also I don't know why that section has colored background like that, can't get rid of it.

Working on a follower I have been trying to make for about three years now whose story ties into all my Skyrim characters backgrounds and I have decided to go a different direction with him than initially planned. Originally wanted him to someday become a fully voiced character as complex as Inigo but as I kept changing his background for playthroughs I have settled on a new idea. No voice acting needed as he is entirely subtitled but not breaking immersion in the same way other non voiced subtitled modded characters do. I want to make him like Christine from Fallout New Vegas OWB who couldn't speak for the majority of the DLC but communicated through subtitles that explained what she was signaling through hand gestures etc.
What I want to do for Sarandil is have him mute, his vocal cords have been cut as part of his background and he can't write so he communicates other ways. He follows the player because they have a history together which has to be defined through conversation (how you knew him) initially he could just be a basic follower and all his dialogues when getting hurt or seeing a sight that is nice is just subtitles but I still do really want to build him into a proper flower more than just the generic skyrim flowers.

To get to the point, I was wondering if other modders would be interested in helping me bring him to life and out of my head.

*First of all I am having issues getting his racemenu sculpt into the creation kit and making it in the kit gives me greyface that no matter what I do won't go away.

*Second is a how to do a disposition system where depending on what you say he can become more friendly/unfriendly with you (or even leading to marriage etc, like otome games or the Skyrim Romance and Kaidan mods)

*Third is setting up dialogue choices an example:

(Player "Follow me"
-Sarandil (friendly disposition) "Sarandil smiles and stands up pleased to be following his friend again"
-Sarandil (unfriendly disposition) "Sarandil throws his ale bottle at you feet smashing it on the ground and unhappily stands up to follow you even though he doesn't enjoy it"
-Sarandil (forgoteen disposition) "Sarandil nods with a strange expression in his eyes and stands up you wonder why it is he follows you when you have no memory of him beyond his name"
-Sarandil (romantic disposition) "Sarandil grins and stands up more than pleased to be following behind you, you are certain you feel eyes watching you closely")

I'm working on skin textures for him to give him the custom scar on his neck (though I am pretty terrible at texturing currently still learning) and writing up his backstory and dialogues, where I need the most help is with scripts I will likely need, I can't at all understand them no matter how I am taught them (i'm like some who is trying to teach a seven year old who is busy playing with crayons and has just found a freshly painted wall to draw on)

Hello! Regarding number 1 -- I'm guessing you made your preset in RM and was able to successfully "export" a sculpt head, correct? I guess the preset doesn't matter too much unless you want to easily go back and make changes. Anyways, what I usually do is create an NPC file for my follower -- you can Google "Skyrim SPF" or "Skyrim NPC file" to find out how to do this -- basically you open your character after finished in RM, press the tilde-key to open the console and type spf TYPE-NAME-OF-FOLLOWER and hit enter. Basically you need to have the skin tone and weight of the follower you created in RM match the actor specs -- skin tone and weight (if weight in RM shows .45 then in the CK the actor's weight needs to be 45 the CK). The NPC file saves that information -- open the CK, open your actor and go to the CharacterGenParts tab -- you should see an IMPORT button above "Face Tinting Color" box. Click on import and select your NPC file. It should be located in your Skyrim folder, the same folder that Skyrim.exe (or SkyrimSE.exe) and the CK is located -- NOT IN THE DATA folder, it's in the folder before it. You should see a file with the name you gave it after you typed SPF, so it would it would TYPE-NAME-OF-FOLLOWER.npc. That might/could fix any color mismatch issues. GL. The other stuff is out of my league, sorry :)
