jjb54
Moderators, if this is not the right place for this, move to the right thread and let me know where it is. I want to thank: JohnnyQuest101 for use of his base character for his fine home mod: He granted me permission to use his character and home in my story. Thanks JQ! Whiterun Home 4_5: JohnnyQuest101 It is a most excellent mod, and what part of the foundation that made this story come to happen. Basically a few Nexus Friends suggested I share this, as they thought it was a good story. I will put the story in SPOILER command so that readers are not overwhelmed by mass text, if they choose not to want to read. Obviously, thanks to Bethesda as well, for Skyrim. The reason for this story, is I wanted to experience through this game play what emotions might actually be there, through the "eyes of my character, Eno." NO PART OF THIS STORY MAY BE COPIED OR REPRODUCED WITHOUT FIRST ASKING FOR MY PERMISSION. Just ask, via Nexus Private Message. I'm pretty easy going, in that I only ask how it will be produced. PART I A Tale of a Redguard Dragonborn;Eno Dekram. The below history of Eno Dekram, son of Miryam and adopted son of Audga, as recorded by the Village Elder and Mage. The Rest of Eno Dekram’s story was recorded by the letters that Eno and his mothers shared. A cry of a baby taking it’s first breath broke the stillness of the warm Hammerfell night, in a small village. Both Moon’s were full and lite the night sky brightly. The midwife gasp at what she saw! The baby, yes Redguard but yet not. His hair was white as the snows in the high mountains. There were three white marks, like claw prints on the right side of his face just above and below his right eye. His eyes too, were not Redguard, as they were as clear and blue as glacier. To say that this child was different, would indeed, be an understatement. The mother, though was not surprised, as the Elder Wise man of the Village and the Wise old Mage had told her that her child would be Marked, but this mark was not a curse, though beyond that they would not tell her much more, as the Gods did not share much more than that. The boy’s mother never talked about the boy’s father out of fear of being exiled from the Village that she grew up in, from a small girl, to now a mother. “What will you call him, Miryam?”, asked the Midwife. “His name shall be, Eno, Eno Dekram.”, the new mother said with firmness. “Eno Dekram.” It must be stated, that this name was unusual, as it had nothing to do with any of Miryam’s family history. There were no Eno or Dekram in the family history! Over the years the boy grew tall and strong, but not without hardship. He was made fun of by the other children of the Hammerfell Village. His hair, the marks on the right side of his face and his eyes. And though the Village Wise Man made it clear the boy was not a curse, there were those that doubted the words of the Elder. When the boy was beginning his 10th Winter, a man named Alvis Hulgard came to the village. He was searching for the woman who gave birth to his estranged brother’s child. Alvis was sadden and upset that his older brother would leave the mother and child behind without care. But, also grieved, as he lost his older brother to the Aldmeri war. Being that they were a very wealthy family, Alvis took it upon himself to see to the mother and child’s needs. Alvis made sure that the mother would continue to not speak of the boy’s father, as it would likely bring the attention of the Aldmeri Agents. Added to that, Alvis had his own war with the Aldmeri Dominion and did not wish for this ‘war’ to be theirs any more than the war was already. He was a wanted man by the Aldmeri Dominion. At the time that he was with his brother’s son and mother, he was trying to hide for the time being from the Aldmeri Dominion. There was a traitor, a Redguard woman who had betrayed Hammerfell to the Aldmeri Dominion and had fled Hammerfell in obvious fear of her life. Would there be justice for her betrayal? Only the God’s knew, only the God’s. But Alvis needed to stay focused on this boy, his focus must be stayed on this boy. “Miryam, I have made arrangement for Eno to be trained by the best I could find,” stated Alvis. “I have hired a Master Mage to teach Eno all that is possible about Enchantments, magic and spells. I have also, made arrangements for a Master Alchemist to teach Eno, all there is about Alchemy. Finally I have a Master Smith, an Orc, that I met in my travels. She, Audga, I’ll never get used to those strange Orc names, let alone, learn to pronounce them right.”, Alvis continued. “She will teach Eno, the art of Smithing weapons and armor. She will also train him to use sword and shield and the bow. To fight with strength and honor and courage. I have also made sure that you and the boy will be well cared for, from now on.”, Alvis finished. “How can I thank you?”, Miryam said in shock of such care and concern from this man who is Eno’s Uncle. “You can thank me, by insuring that Eno attends to his lessons with complete focus. He will need all these skills and more, if he is to complete the destiny that the Gods have made known. He will need all of these skills and I fear even more.”, Alvis stated with grave thought and tone of voice. “… beware, beware, the Dragon … “, Alvis was singing quietly as Eno walked in to greet his Uncle. “Uncle Alvis, what was that you were singing?”, Eno asked. “Just a tune from an Inn that I heard a bard singing.”, Alvis stated quickly and changed the subject even quicker. “Eno, what can I do for you?” “I just wanted to thank you for being here. I know mother needed this help. I will try my best to learn all that I can.”, Eno responded. “That is all I can I ask, Eno. That is all I can ask.”, Alvis answered back. Glad that the song did not get any more attention. Alvis wished he could share more of what he knew would come for Eno, but he erred on the side of silence. As he understood what the whole story was, as the God’s shared with him. This was a boy, he was not yet a man. Alvis even admitted to himself, that even a man of great strength and courage would have no small fear of what was to be! He knew he would and could only do his best to prepare the boy to become a man and even then, because of his wealth, could insure the ‘man’ would have a place of much needed rest and a “back door for a quick getaway”, when and if needed. As, Alvis has used a ‘backdoor’ for a quick escape from the Aldmeri Dominion more than just a few times. Alvis had heard how it angered the Aldmeri Agents, when he would escape their, well they thought well laid plans. It paid to be wealthy and it also paid to be a very good mage! After a few risings of the sun, Alvis got word from Sassa that the Aldmeri were aware of his current location and that Alvis should make haste and leave. The note read: “Dear Alvis, the Aldmeri Dominion have caught word of your location. The house in Skyrim, according to Asta, is ready, as you have requested. All is done and ready for you. Please make haste as I fear the Aldmeri Dominion will not allow you to live once they know it is you. Your death by them is of utmost importance. I will meet you at your home in Skyrim with Asta. Sassa. “ It must be stated, that Asta and Sassa’s true identity was a mystery to all. Only Alvis, Asta and Sassa knew the truth. Rumor had it, that Asta and Sassa were his daughters, but changes were made to hide this because of the great fear of the Aldmeri Dominion. Only Alvis, Asta, Sassa and the God’s knew, and not one of them were talking. Alvis put down the letter with grave thought and concern on his face. He had hopped to spend more time with Eno and his mother, he had hopped. But it would seem, the Gods had other plans. Hopefully, Asta had enough time to complete the home in Skyrim as was directed. Why Skyrim and why Whiterun, only the Gods knew? But Alvis was content to know that this was where the home for Eno should be. “Miryam, I am afraid I have to make haste and leave. You are never to mention my name should the Aldmeri Dominion Agents come here. I have spoken to the Elders and they have agreed to make my presence here vague. Do the same, and Eno will need also to deny any knowledge of me, or his very life would be in danger.”, Alvis stated with stern and strong warning. The next morning before anyone in the village had woken to face the day, Alvis was gone. Except for the teachers for Eno, no trace of him being there was to be found. He had made sure the Mage used his magic to erase as much as is possible any trace of Alvis being there. As the seasons came and went, Eno tended to his lessons. Though at times, he would throw fits as to, “Why?! This is a waste of time. I’ll never need these, I see no need!” It was the Orc that ‘set him straight’, as only an Orc Mother could. See, Miryam saw that the Orc had taken to her son and had no problems sharing her son with the Orc. As strange as it was, the Orc trained Eno as if he were an Orc child and needed to learn to forge like a master and fight with honor and courage. Eno saw he had no choice and surrendered, as to try to argue with a female Orc, well you would be better off fighting an Aldmeri Agent! Eno learned his lessons well from all his teachers, that his Uncle Alvis had provided. They were hard on him, but he realized his spirit was strong and he needed to handled hard. Eno grew in wisdom, knowledge and also learned grace and humility. Well, to be honest, grace and humility were still very much a work in progress. On Eno’s 18th Winter, the Village Elder with the Mage called Miryam and Eno to counsel. “The time has come, Eno, the time has come. You must leave the village and go to Skyrim.”, the Elder stated. “Skyrim? This is my home!”, stated Eno in return. He knew this day was coming, though it was of no surprise he fought hard against it. Leaving the love his mother and those of his teachers. “How could you expect me to leave!?”, he demanded. Eno’s Orc “mother”, as she was called, handed him a sword of great strength and told him, “Eno, I forged this with the blessing of Malacath. This is for you. There is no finer blade in all of Hammerfell, my son. I had the Mage Enchant it and it’s name is The Sting of Malacath. Take it and move towards your destiny with great strength and courage, where ever that destiny may be.” “But I do not want to leave. This is my home, my family, my friends. What will I do without any of you?”, Eno demanded. Miryam stood up. “Eno, you knew this day would come. I am saddened that you must leave, but you must. The Gods have made it clear from the day you were born, you are destined for a very specific plan. Even you Uncle Alvis spoke of the plan the Gods have for you. He even insured you had all the teachings and training that you would need to face the challenges of your destiny. You will leave tomorrow for Skyrim. The Gods have made this clear. Your Uncle Alvis has made plans for your arrival, as there is house just outside of the great city of Whiterun and west of a farm owned by a man named, Pelagia. You are to go to the Shrine of Talos and seek it’s blessing.” “So this is it? I’ve grown and now I’m thrown out of my home and village to meet some unknown destiny of the God’s. I don’t like it! I don’t like it. But, I do not wish to bring shame or harm to this village by being disobedient to the Gods. The Gods are unfair! I’m to leave and go to another far off land, with nothing more to go on than, “destiny”. The Gods are truly unfair!”, Eno stated in surrender, knowing he would have to leave, or bring shame to his mother and village. It was settled, Eno would leave early on tomorrow. For now, his mother and Orc mother would cook his favorite foods as they shared food, wine and memories of their love for each other. All of Eno’s teachers would be there, as well as the Village Elder, Mage and friends. Well what few friends Eno had. By the way, post constructive feedback and/or if you like the story ... Please.

jjb54
A REDGUARD DRAGONBORN: Eno Dekram. PART II:A LETTER FROM HOME. Letter 1 from Miryam: “My dear son, I pray to the Gods that this letter finds that you made it to your Uncle Alvis’s home that he prepared for you? Both myself and Audga await to read with joy, of your adventures. My dear Eno, please write soon, please. We wish to know everything that you go through. Your victories, sorrow, hurts, pains and laughter. We cannot be there with you, but we wish, through your letters to share your life with you, as much as is possible. Your Mother, Miryam and Orc Mother, Audga” Letter from Eno - To my two mothers, Miryam and Orc Mother Audga; This will be likely one of my longer letters, as it covers so many days and well, I’ll let you read, if you have the courage? The courier got your letter to me and I will share as you have requested. I had just gotten to Uncle Alvis’s home, when the courier ran up to me. He obviously had been waiting for someone to come to the house. I’m not sure you want to read the “destiny” of the Gods for me. I’m not sure what to think? It would seem that my “destiny” from the God’s is to be the joke and fool of all Tamriel? The journey did not go well, not at all. I made good time across Hammerfell and Cyrodiil to the southern boarder of Skyrim to hopefully enter through a city called Helgen, as was directed by Uncle Alvis. It was at the border that the God’s made known their “destiny” or plan for me. I was over come by bandits, for which one used a paralyzing spell on me and another, based on my sore head, knocked me out. Mothers, they took everything! My horse, my bow and arrows, my sword from Orc Mother. I am deeply sorry Orc Mother, I am truly sorry. They also took my gold and the very clothing off my very body! They at least had the state of mind to put me in rags. When I came to and stumbled out of the bushes where they hid my body, yet another “destiny” of the Gods met me. I was trapped by some Imperials and knocked out again! Again, if this is the “destiny” of the Gods, I should have never left home, I should have never left home. I’ll write more tomorrow, as I am very tired and this bed is calling me to sleep and my body is pushing me in the same direction……..
jjb54
. Sorry for the delay, some health related challenges. The Continued letter from Eno to his mother and Orc Mother .... .. Continued from last night, breakfast, warmth .... But this “destiny” did not stop there. I woke up being bound and on a wagon, with some other men in strange clothing. Storm Coats, Cloaks or something. And a Jarl named Ulfric, with his mouth being covered? And a horse thief. No, I don’t think he was part of the bandits that hit me. He was too scrawny and thin. But, it would seem Uncle Alvis was right, I did get to Helgen. That is where the Imperial Wagon stopped and found even more of this “destiny”. Am I really just a joke and pawn of the Gods?? Mothers, I was to be treated as a traitor of Skyrim! It was ordered, even though I was not on some list, that my head was to be removed from my body! The imperial, Hadvar, had a look in his eyes of sorrow, as he knew this was not right, but was ordered. I did not blame him, I blamed the Captain that gave the order! The horse thief tried to make a run for it. He claimed to not be a Storm Cloak and it was a big mistake. He was shot in the back with Imperial arrows. There was one who showed great courage, even in the face of death. He stopped the Priest and just wanted to get it over with. Another said, “As fearless in death, as he was in life.” Then it was my turn. To say I was afraid, is a word that does not do justice to the fear that was inside me. As I was laying my head on the chopping block, praying that this was just some bad nightmare and that I would PLEASE WAKE UP!! Yet, another nightmare happened. They called it a “Dragon”! He was Black as coal, with eyes that you would swear could see right through you. This Dragon, opened his mouth and a force of nature came from it. The sound of Thunder and wind that sent all to the ground. Then this Dragon opened his mouth again and rocks began to fall from the sky! Mothers, I swear by the Gods, this was all that was and is evil. May I never see this creature again, not even in my dreams! In the chaos, I got to my feet and headed towards a tower in hopes for protection from this demon beast. As fate would have it, I walked into a room full of these Storm Cloaks. I started up the stairs and the demon creature broke though the wall and spewed FIRE from its mouth, mothers. FIRE! I was able to duck and roll away and was unharmed, though I am not sure how I did that and would not test fate again. The opening left room for me to jump to another building, the remains of a home. Again, if this is the beginning of my destiny, I want to come home! Continued after I take a short bath and explore Uncle Alvis's home, or should I say, "Mine"? jjb54
Please, if anyone is reading this story, kindly let me know with a SMILE - NOTE or something. It would be much appreciated. ... Continued after I take a short bath and explore Uncle Alvis's home, or should I say, "Mine"? I made it back to the ground, only to see this dragon in front of a boy and the Imperial named Hadvar. Hadvar had to encourage a boy, a small boy to quickly move away from the Dragon! They all made it just before the Dragon spewed flames of fire from its mouth! Where did this vile evil creature come from? Which of the Gods would create such an evil powerful creature? Again, the look from this Imperial, Hadvar, told me I could and should trust him. He made it clear, if I wished to survive this, I should follow him. Thus I did, again, something told me he was deserving of my trust. Mothers, are you ready to tell me to come back home? I would answer that call faster then the Gods could answer! This Dragon flew all over Helgen and laid it to waste. Even the Aldmeri Dominion or a Legion of Imperials could not do what this Dragon did in a matter of minutes. May I never see this beast of evil again, not even in my worse of nightmares! This vile beast belongs in the depth of Oblivion and no where else! I pray the Gods that I never see or encounter this vile evil beast again! This Imperial and I made it to safety and he cut my bonds and I found some Imperial armor to replace the rags with. It felt good to be out of those rags, let me tell you. Imperial armor are not Hammerfell clothing, but a lot better than rags. We found me a sword, and Orc Mother, let me tell you, they do not know how to forge weapons like you! I will always be grateful for your skills and what you taught me. I just wished I had the sword that you made me, it would be no match for these mortals, though I doubt it would have done much damage to that Dragon. I’m not even sure the Gods would be able to fight it! I quickly came to find out that there is no love or bond between these Storm Cloaks and Imperials. I dare say, it’s possible they have as much hate for each other, as we Redguard do with the Aldmeri Dominion. They want to fight and kill each other on site! I quickly came to find out that there is no love or bond between these Storm Cloaks and Imperials. I dare say, it’s possible they have as much hate for each other, as we Redguard do with the Aldmeri Dominion. They want to fight and kill each other on site! I am sad to say, that I spilled my first blood with these Storm Cloaks. It’s not that I wanted to, I just wanted to get to Uncle Alvis home. But it’s no small question that when they saw me wearing Imperial armor, that they thought me one of them and well, it was either them or me. Orc Mother, you would have been proud of the way I fought! Hadvar too, fought like a true warrior that would make any Redguard or Orc proud. But it still is no small thing to take a life. I wished there would have been another way, but sadly they allowed no other choice. I did follow your advice though, Orc Mother. I did not look into their eyes while they were dying. I think now I understand why you encouraged this. It would have likely haunted me for a long while. I must share that my magic was of little use, as the blows to the head and bound and facing this Dragon and such had drained me. I was running on raw strength and my Mage Instructor Marco warned me about using magic in such state. The results could be harmful not just to those around me, but to me as well. So I had to trust in Orc Mother’s training with the sword. Though, I what I would give for a bow! I would love to have my bow back as well! I know Redguard are swordsman, but you both know how much I loved my bow and how good I was with it! The only thing that matched that bow, was Orc Mother’s Sword. I am sadden that I lost both. Cowards those bandits, to use a paralyzing spell instead of fighting like true men! They would have thought twice. I've not gone outside yet, even to get some fresh air. I just want to be safe for now. Uncle Alvis is a lot richer than I think we realize mother! This house has 3 levels, with a built in forge, smelter, alchemy table and enchanting table. I lack for nothing here. Just how rich is my father's family mother? I know that you will not tell me, but it's obvious that they are indeed very rich! I'll continue more in a while, my hand is cramping up, going to go soak in the pool, yes, I said a pool.
jjb54
Continued .... I would appreciate if anyone is reading? It will let me know to continue or not? Thanks ... all I need is something like: " I am reading this keep it going.... " or along that line. Thanks! :) .... Mothers, I know this is a very long letter, but in what seems like weeks on end, the short time ago that I left our village, it seems like weeks on end, instead of the few days that actually past. I promise my other letters will not wait for pages to be written, as even now my hand is cramping. I’m going to get some much needed sleep, mothers. I will write more tomorrow. My body is so very tired. Ah, what a good night sleep does for one. After some food and again another soak in the pool .... I had to re-read what I wrote! It seemed all to be just a dream now or nightmare, I’m not sure which? If I had woken in my bed back home, I would have known it was a bad nightmare. But realizing I was waking up in a strange bed, in a strange house, well I knew it did all happen. To continue, Hadvar and I did manage, with no help from either the Storm Cloaks or that Dragon, to find a way out. But even that, it would seem, the Gods so called destiny was … We went from the dungeon and such to a large cave! Which at first seemed to have no end. We could not turn back, as that Dragon had caused several of the areas we passed to cave in. We had no choice but to go forward. Mothers, you know my one weakness is spiders. They have GIANT SPIDERS here! Why??? They were the size of children and men and bigger than men! And they spit out a venom that is oh so foul and poisonous! I did find a bow and arrows off one of the dead Storm Cloaks, so I was able to shoot these vile creatures from a safe distance. Seems they do not like arrows. Which is fine by me, I would rather stay as far from them as is possible. Hadvar did lament, “Giant spiders, what’s next giant snakes?” Oh, by the Gods I hope not! But I am finding this is a strange country, very strange indeed. Orc Mother, there was bear, which Hadvar wanted us to sneak past. A bear, why not just kill it? But I remembered what you taught me, never kill an animal unless it’s for food, fur or protecting yourself. We got past it with no issues. We finally found an exit to this cave and we did, only to be met by that Dragon flying high above us and gladly away from us. It did not see us, or did not care. Again, if this what the Gods see as a destiny, can I please come home??? Hadvar suggested we go to his Uncle’s home in a place called Riverwood, as he has an Uncle Alvor that lives there. At first Hadvar suggested we split up, but it seemed, trying to split up and going to the same place, well we traveled together to Riverwood. That part of the journey was thankfully uneventful. We came to a view of an ancient remains called Bleak Falls Barrows. Told me that as a kid he feared that place. Was afraid of s Draugrs would crawl through his window at night. We came to some “Standing Stones”, which impart blessings depending on which one you touch. I wanted to do the Mage, but with Hadvar being Imperial Soldier, I went with Warrior Stone. I guess it was a good call, because Hadvar was impressed and stated as much. So for now, I have the Blessing of the Warrior Stone. I may go back and choose the Mage, but that will be later. For now, I am a warrior. You know how I like to explore! So this is on my list to visit, once I get some decent weapons and my magic strength back. I wonder what could be found there? I hope to find out! We finally made it to Riverwood and his Uncle’s home. They are good people and kind. “Any friend of Hadvar is a friend of mine.”, was his Uncle’s greeting to me. Yes, Hadvar introduced me as his friend. His Uncle was glad to help us out, with food and needed place to sleep. Good thing, as it was getting very late and I was not sure it would be wise to travel in an unknown place at night. Well it seems, the Gods were not finished teasing me and tormenting me. Hadvar’s Uncle needs me to go to Whiterun, yes, you are reading correctly, Whiterun to tell the Jarl there about the Dragon we encountered at Helgen. I agreed and we shared a meal, shared some small talk and I slept in this new land for the first time. Mothers, by-the-way. It’s COLD here! How I miss the warmth of Hammerfell and our village. Imperial armor does not keep the cold away. I slept well and awoke, hearing everyone else already awake and eating and talking. I quickly washed up and was greeted with a plate of food and mug of water. I ate, some what quickly as I wanted to get to Whiterun and more so to Uncle Alvis’s home. Just follow the main road and you will come to Whiterun. Yes, right. It seemed too easy to believe. Well, as I got closer to Whiterun, I came across some people fighting a giant. No, not a giant Spider, or Dragon or Snake. A giant man! What is it with this Skyrim? A quick shot of a paralyzing spell and the giant fell and the sword that I had, helped in the fight to end his life. Seems I stumbled upon a group that call themselves Companions. No, mothers, not that kind! These are warriors that fight battles that others cannot and if the coin is good enough. I apparently would make a decent Shield Brother? But I would need to talk with their leader … and no, I do not remember his name at the moment, but I’m sure I’ll be reminded of it as I get acquainted with Whiterun. I am beginning to wonder if there are giant snakes here. Gods I hope not, but at this point, I think I need to learn to expect the totally unexpected in this land called Skyrim. Oh, for the warmth of Hammerfell! The woman that greeted me after we killed the giant was able to point me to the direction of Pelagia’s farm and sure enough I can see Uncle Alvis’s home! I found the Shrine to Talos in the backyard and awkwardly knelt and touched the Shrine. A glow came from it and suddenly I felt much better physically and a small drawer opened almost on cue, and there was a Key, a Note and a small book, all from Uncle Alvis! I quickly thanked the Shrine and moved to the back door and the key opened it and I was safe inside this home. To say that this home is big, would be an understatement! It’s huge! It has three levels. The main floor, has a bedroom off to the side with a small heated bath or pool. It felt so good just to soak and relax. I crawled into bed and slept oh so well. The upper level has a sitting area and two bedrooms with four beds in each room. The lower level is short of amazing, mothers. It has a larger pool to soak in. It has altars to all of the Gods. In another room, are smaller versions of these Standing Stones, for which I will study and likely use as needed. Uncle Alvis sure did put a lot of gold and magic into this house! There is something called a Staff Enchanting Table. I am sure I will find out more about this. There is a mirror, that you say one of the Cities in Skyrim and walk through it and you are transported to that city in a blink. Uncle Alvis certainly knows his magic and spells or paid a lot to get it done! No, I’ve not tried it yet as I am just trying to get this letter done and rest some more. In the basement, there is also a large room for Smithing, Alchemy and Enchanting. I will continue this letter shortly. I need to go rest my hand again. This is the most writing that I've ever done. jjb54
Continued .... I would appreciate if anyone is reading? It will let me know to continue or not? Thanks ... all I need is something like: " I am reading this keep it going.... " or along that line. I have a lot more of Eno's story ( Letters ) ... but .. it would seem there is no interest, which is fine, I understand that writing stories is subjective, in that tastes differ and such. So this is the last posting - unless I get some words that people are indeed reading this?? Thank you kindly. Mothers, I’m a bit worried and yes I will say scared? Uncle Alvis has this one table with small enchanted items on it. One is apparently a Word Wall where there are Dragon Words can be found. Then there is a statue of, what I guess is a Dragon Priest, where there are to be found Dragon Priest Masks. Mothers, what was or is Uncle Alvis involved in? Did he have something to do with that Dragon that destroyed Helgen? Dragon words, Dragon Priest Masks. Is he one of those Dragon Priests? Did either of you know about this? I do not wish to get involved with this dragon as he is evil beyond measure and I do not wish to become a Priest or servant or whatever to this Dragon. I only wish to see him gone! I will leave this table and the journals alone, as I want nothing to do with that evil creature that I saw. Nothing and not even the Gods can make go there, I will fight to my last breath to not go there. On a brighter side, Uncle Alvis did leave plenty of gold for me, well I have to guess it’s for me. There are weapons and armor that I am to learn the enchantments of and I will. Mother Orc, I will also forge a new sword in your honor. You have my word on this. There is food, alchemy agents, soul gems, gold and well, it seems Uncle Alvis has insured I’m well cared for. Just how wealthy is his family?? I am going to rest up here for a few days, to get my strength back to where it needs to be. I will then go see this Jarl of Whiterun. Yes, I think the Dragon will wait a few days. How much destruction can one Dragon do, before needing to rest? I will send for a courier and get this off to you as soon as I can, because for now, this is all I have to share. It’s cold in this land and only wish to come home. But, I know and accept that I cannot return home until the Gods say so. Much love my mothers, much love. My heart misses you both a lot! Your Son: Eno and a very sore and tired hand. I don't think I've ever written this much!!
