hellh0und67
Hello! So it's been a hot second since I've started up Skyrim SE, and yesterday I decided run it again and mess around with my mods and enb stuffs. When I first started it, it was having some issues so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. After it was loaded I stuck the latest ENB for SE and dropped a preset in there. But when I started it up it crashed? So I was wondering if something's gone wrong. I have DirectX 12 and Windows 10, and the file for the enbseries is d3d11.dll. d3d11.dll, I have found out, is the cause of the crashes. When I take it out, the enb simply doesn't work and there is no effect to my game. When I have d3d11.dll, I can see that in the top lefthand corner it says that the enb is on, and then shortly after that it crashes. It never used to do this. So I've been searching like a madman trying to find out why this is happening and what I can do, but to no avail. I've tried renaming the files with .bak, trying different enb versions, etc. I really don't know what to do, so I'm hoping someone on here can help me, a poor idiot, with my Skyrim. Thanks!! xvdoc
Did you try more lightweight/performance ENB version? Probably your computer can't handle ENB. ENB can be pretty taxing on computer.
wfandrews
Might do better to post on the SSE forum.

I might uninstall and reinstall again.
