Deploying & updating mods with the Vortex Mod manager.

For your first question: Once your mods are enabled and the plugins are activated, theyÄre injected. If there's a conflict, you'll get a message. The load order is handled automatically, but if you have mods which are overwriting the same lose files (textures etc.) you have to tell Vortex which mod you want to give precedence.

Read more about how to do things here: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Category:Vortex

or click the "Support" tab in Vortex itself (same contents)

There is a "Check for mod updates" button in Vortex. You have to tell the tool, which mods you want to update, though. And sometimes, there's a bit of handywork involved (if there's more than one file for a mod in Nexus for example).

If there's a mod dependency and you're missing the required mod, you'll get a warning. But you have to install the missing mod yourself (using Vortex of course). The mod plugin order will be handled automatically though.

Ok cool. Do I need Archive invalidation or is that the old school Falliout 3/NV? Also Can I use universal patch installer for most of my dependancy needs & what if the required files have language selection? And other things I find useless to download? Also do weapon & item mods mostly end up in vendors I don't wanna do consuls commands.

Archive invalidation is done automatically. You can look into Settings->Workarounds if it's activated. If not, activate it there.

What universal patch installer are you talking about? Can you give us a link?

You can download multiple files for a mod, if a mod has optional parts. You might have to "overwrite" files of the base mod by selecting that the add on is loaded after the main mod. See here:

http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/About_Load_Orders

Whether mods add weapons and other items to vendors or to chests, etc. depend on the mod itself. Most mods usually make stuff buyable or craftable. Just read their description, it says it all.

Cool cool. I was talking about this for the https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34825 Universal patch installer mod. Also I created a clean Fallout 4 & Vortex fresh install & why do i see F4SE loose files is it safe to over ride them? Also how do I sign into vortex I've sorta ran into a stump though i did everything 100% right i changed the INI's I also installed a fresh F4SE currently etc everything works except I can't log into vortex from Nexus.
