Messed up texture on custom race when I put clothes

Hi,

I added a custom race for my skyrim, it works well when my character is nude but when I put a clothes or an armor, the color of my skin become weird and slightly brown or blue.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem ?

The body model for a custom race is completely different than the model for clothing/armor. The body parts you see when clothing/armor are displayed are actually part of the clothing/armor.

 

The only thing that is common between the nude body model and the clothing/armor body model is the texture path.

 

You need to ensure that the texture path to the body in the clothing/armor mod is exactly the same as the texture path for the nude model.
