NPC name display incorrectly

Some NPC don't show their name correctly. Most of the NPC are from the DLC, like Mariu Biek and some NPC in tourney and NPC in the quest "Game of Throws". I have a lot of mods install, and I'm having a hard time narrow it down since I have no idea which xml would affect the NPC names like this.

I actually found the fix. Turn out the english_xml files in the perk mod is outdated. Edited the file seem to fix the problem
