LE LAFR + AC consistency patch

Just a simple consistency patch so that Alchemist's Compendium
( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=233682970 ) ,
which is a book about every ingredient in the game,

would work as you'd expect with Learn Alchemy From Recipes
( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34795?tab=description )
which teaches you the effects of ingredients when you read potion recipes listing said ingredients.

Ideally, since AC is a book about every ingredient, and visually displays all the effects for each and every one of them in it, it would teach all the effects for every ingredient as well.

 

Can anyone make this little patch a reality for me?

PS: I use the Legendary Edition of the original Skyrim, not Special Edition.
