All Scripts randomly stop Working

I'm using a number of mods and sometimes scripts(all of them, including base game) will stop running. I can't use the power armor bench, tripwires don't work, my character stops using the play comments dialogue, etc and once a game gets corrupted in this way I need to go back to a previous save. Just exiting the game or reloading the same save does nothing. There doesn't seem to be a common cause because sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't if I go back and do the same thing again. Here is my load order:

I've been using Loot to sort since I started this game, so I know its not a load order issue.

You may try to enable Papyrus logging and see if something useful will appear in its log.
